Turnip greens prepared and preserved according to an old recipe of Southern Italy.

Turnip greens 55%, sunflower oil 42%, spicy chili flakes, garlic, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Turnip greens are parboiled and then seasoned with garlic and chilli. The product thus obtained is placed in the jars, which after acidification are filled, topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization). Containers are filled, topped with oil, thermally sealed and stored at + 4°C.
