Spread of mixed vegetable, mushrooms and hot chili peppers.

Mixed vegetables and mushrooms 49% (eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, Volvarea volvacea, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus edodes), hot pepper 25%, oil 22%, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

The fresh vegetables and mushrooms are left to acidify and then are mixed and minched with oil. The mixture obtained is poured into the jars, which then are topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization).
