Grilled mushrooms manually seasoned with spices and herbs and filled with sunflower oil.

Mushrooms (Pleurotus Ostreatus, Lentinus Edodes, Volvarea Volvacea *), sunflower oil, black pepper, garlic, mint, bay leaf, pepper, salt, vinegar.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.

The raw materials (fresh) are left to acidify. After acidification the jars are filled, topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization). Containers are filled, topped with oil, thermally sealed and stored at + 4°C.
