Slices of eggplant grilled, seasoned with spices and herbs and filled with sunflower oil.

Eggplant (59%), sunflower oil (38%), red pepper, garlic, mint, parsley, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

The eggplants are sliced and grilled. After acidification the jars are filled, topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization). Containers are filled, topped with oil, thermally sealed and stored at + 4°C.
