Grilled button mushrooms seasoned manually with spices and herbs and filled with sunflower oil.

Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) (65%), sunflower oil (32%), black pepper, garlic, mint, bay leaf, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

The fresh button mushrooms are grilled and then are left to acidify. After acidification the jars are filled, topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization). Containers are filled, topped with oil, thermally sealed and stored at + 4°C.
