Artichoke hearts seasoned with spices and herbs and filled with sunflower oil.

Artichoke hearts (63%), sunflower oil (35%), sweet chili, parsley, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

The fresh artichoke hearts are slightly cooked and then are left to acidify. After acidification the jars are filled, topped with oil, closed and thermally treated (pasteurization). Containers are filled, topped with oil, thermally sealed and stored at + 4°C.
